Cariz Nordlöf (b.1992) is a Swedish-Persian artist studying her masters in Fine Art at Konstfack, Stockholm. Her works approach scientific topics through a poetic vision. By creating sculpture, sound, performance and installation she navigates in these multilayered fields. The artist uses poetry as a tool to enhance the unlinearity in the artwork as well as navigating in the process. Fragments of light and darkness always vibrate as an undertone. Current topics involve listening and expressing narratives based on water, time, memories and sorrows. Her latest sculpture “Stiltje” can be viewed at Kulturbibiloteket in Kulturhuset, Stockholm until Jan 8th 2026.
